Although the printer M110 is very smart, the app is slow, bugs and completely user unfriendly. I tried to change the payment method for about 20 minutes, being logged in but the app telling me the session has expired… That round arrow showing me that the app is “thinking” is totally annoying. Get yourself some fast servers, folks and make the app as smart as your printers. Oh, no, wait! This Is unbelievable, but the web portal is even dumber than the app!I managed to change the card details on web, but the confirmation page wrote: Your shopping cart is empty. Ofc the old method of payment remained unchanged. Seriously?!?

This app is one very cool feature that reinvents your printer and makes it way easier to use. I have this app for a month now and the only problem i had was my phone not connecting to the wifi, so the printer and app worked perfectly. Great job, extremely satisfied!
The app that never works

I will start by saying I like my printer but this app is an absolute hell. Even the robot detection is bad. Why are you making me waste so much time? I cannot log in, I cannot print, I have to use the mac menu to print something because the app is no help. Doesn’t save my scans…. Even the instant ink is a scam. Just lose the app at this point, the whole system is just a waste of time. Not working on the phone, not working on the mac, never connects…. I have cancelled everything regarding my hp account and I am going the old fashioned way, buying cartridges so I don’t have to deal with this anymore.

The idea of the app is awesome, enabling you to do all print scan operations from a mobile device. However:- using it is tied to a hp account which doesn't use any kind of social login and also promptly forgets all your printers when it logs you out.- it logs you out whenever it think it needs to, no clear idea when or why.- sometimes it refuses to see the printer even though the printer is connected to wifi and computers on the same network work without issues.
