Imi place ca am putut folosi punctele ca sa particip la evenimente, toate foarte OK!
Se vede acum tot ce am cumpărat, puncte acumulate, cheltuite...
Nu functioneaza sectiunea de “Creare card”
Nu functioneaza sectiunea de “creare card”. Am introdus datele iar la apasarea butonului de “cere card” nu se intampla nimic. Am incercat si cu log-out si log-in insa problema a persistat.

Salutare Ema, am publicat între timp o versiune nouă de aplicație care ar trebui să rezolve majoritatea situațiilor speciale în care nu se putea realiza generarea cardului, cum e cea semnalată de tine. Te rugăm să îi mai dai o șansă și să mai faci o încercare, sau să ne scrii pe adresa de contact dacă întâmpini în continuare probleme cu versiunea curentă, ca să investigăm în detaliu problema întâlnită de tine.

Nu mi-am putut crea buletin virtual
Pe iOS 10.2.1 am completat datele de buletin virtual si apoi am asteptat mai bine de cateva ore. Dupa ce am completat formularul de buletin, nu mai aparea butonul de Creeaza card, apoi a re-aparut.

Salutare Alexandru, nu am mai primit niciun un update din partea ta, deși între timp au fost publicate mai multe versiuni noi de aplicație care credem că au rezolvat toate situațiile în care nu se putea crea cardul.
Am aprecia mult un email de la tine pe adresa de contact cu detalii despre orice problemă s-ar mai manifesta în aplicație în acest moment.
