Used the app twice for sending packages

It worked just fine. Payment with card was ok. Status updates work good. Sent 2 packages so far and I'll sent the 3rd one today. Don't think I'll have any issues. One of the previous packages contained a laptop so it was fragile and it got to the destination with no problems. I think this service is very good compared to others in Romania!

Terrible communication and blatant ignorance

I was not contacted when my package arrived although I had my email, phone number and sms available. It said it was “in deposit”, but it never came. I had to go out of my way to ask where it was.
As the 7th in queue for the livechat I had to wait more than a staggering 45 minutes when I was promised only 5 minutes of waiting. After all of the trouble already caused I was treated with short uninformative messages and was blamed for not picking up my package in time(keep in mind I never knew i was supposed to pick it up. I was never told anything. This is a delivery company). It was sent back to the original country. The agent didn't provide me with any official papers for the package being sent back which I need to be able to get the products again. A few days passed and livechat wasn't even an option anymore. I had to leave a message and wait for response. After almost a month I haven’t received ANY help. Deplorable services. I most definitely don't recommend this app or company to anyone.

Live chat waiting time > 30 min

I had an issue with a package and i tried to use the livechat. I was number 2 in the waiting queue for more than 25 minutes. Waiting in queue means staying active in the app, because otherwise you will be disconnected due to inactivity. As a user i would like to send my question to the operator and leave the app, and later to get back and see the reply. Now, if you don’t stay active in the chat, it will just disconnect you and no one will answer even if you left all the details in the chat. Maybe use a template for users to introduce as many information when they initiate a conversation so the operator can answer in chat after the user disconnects and if this is impossible send the information as an email with the conversation transcript.
