Download the app and gain quick access to all the information related to your parcels, whether you are the sender or the recipient. Moreover, you can generate AWBs in-app and find all FAN locations - over 2500 locations that you can easily identify on the map and discover the shortest route to them.
Are you sending a package? Nothing simpler: open the app and you’ll have all the necessary tools to send it simply, quickly and safely, opting either for pick-up from the address or for personal delivery at one of our locations!

Very intuitive app with outstanding design
I like the easy onboarding process and how the information is clearly displayed in every screen. I am personally a fan of the cost estimate feature.
I comsider this app very useful and I plan to use it frequently in my daily activities.
App doesnt have consistency
I was logged out after few days.
I tried to log in again. The app said the password is incorrect. I tried to reset password => I don’t receive email to reset it. I make a new account with the same user again.
Two days after I just open the app, after two seconds I got “Operation failed. Please try again after”. This error is persistent. And if I dismiss it after two second it appears again without doing nothing.
