The Cinema City app gives you instant access to film times and tickets for cinemas across Romania, simplifying everything from searching for the latest releases, to purchasing e-tickets before you arrive at the cinema to skip the queues.
• Buy and store your tickets through the app so you can enjoy the cinema hassle free!
• Browse the latest films which are Now Booking and Coming Soon for inspiration – just tap the poster to find out more and watch the trailers!
• Save your favourite Cinema City sites as a “Favourite” so you can book your tickets with just a few taps!
• Do you only see films in IMAX? Fancy finding out what 4DX is all about? You can filter films on the app so you can see what’s showing in IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen, VIP, 3D, etc.
• Create a Cinema City account to manage your bookings

Foarte bună aplicația
Funcțional dar cu lipsuri de bază
Use case:
1. Intru în aplicație și selectez locurile
2. Schimb contextul într-o altă aplicație pentru a prelua datele de card cu copy paste (ca nu vreau sa scriu numărul cardului ca și bunicul)
3. Schimb contextul din nou în aplicația Cinema City și constat ca sesiunea de rezervare nu mai exista.
4. Intru din nou sa selectez aceleași locuri și constat ca fix acelea sunt rezervate.
5. Selectez alte locuri și dau sa plătesc.
6. Schimb din nou contextul ca am uitat CVC
7. Intru iar și din nou constat ca s-a închis sesiunea.
8. Când vreau să selectez din nou locurile, și acelea sunt rezervate (a doua selecție) hahaha
9. Am doua ipoteze:
9.1: Ori cineva mă urmărește și îmi ia fix locurile ce le vreau chiar de sub nas :)))
9.2 Cel mai probabil colegul care a scris codul pentru închiderea sesiunii a uitat să facă clear la blocurile selectate -> 99% ca este acest caz.

Iti multumim pentru feedback-ul detaliat - vom tine cont de acesta si vom incerca sa imbunatatim orice reclamatie, acolo unde este cazul.
Va rugam, insa, cand aveti posibilitatea, sa incercati din nou achizitie similara - nu am intampinat astfel de probleme, dar vom face verificari, cu siguranta.
O zi frumoasa!
Useless
Aplicația este useless. Efectiv este chiar mai puțin practică decât experiența din browser. Spun asta pentru ca am încercat să cumpăr bilete din ea, iar sectiunea de plata se deschide într-un browser in-app, browser care evident nu oferă nici măcar aceeași experiență cu browser-ul clasic. Drept dovadă am fost nevoit să ies din aplicație, să îmi copiez datele cardului din aplicația de banking și să revin înapoi pentru a le completa. Pe când dacă urmam tot procesul direct din browser (Safari), telefonul mi-ar fi completată automat datele cardului…
În concluzie, aplicația nu face decât să genereze un pas în plus pentru utilizatori.
