This app is a joke
Title says all you need to know about this app. You open the app and there is no way to login in order to see your ticket. Let’s say you go to the ticket shop screen and guess what, you see an ad to download the app, even you are in the app already. Let’s assume you are smart enough to open the hamburger menu in the right corner and you are able to login, then if you go to another screen which has the website embedded you will need to log in again because why not? If you go to schedule screen and scroll a bit, good luck going back to another screen, you will need to close the app and open it again. So yeah, the app is a joke as the company that developed it.
Bad User Experience
Schedule:
nearly unusable. It swipes in all the directions at the smallest user interaction. Hard to read/find all the schedule/stages/artist.
Wallet
You can add only your physical paper ticket to the wallet. After you redeem your wristband the app doesnt change it automaticaly from the paper ticket to wristband. Most sadly is that the name sais it WALLET tou can not top up from your wallet your wristband. Whut?!
