Good app, could use improvement
I would suggest an option to erase an entry manually and/ or the possibility to add more than one user. Many apps work this way when a device is used by more than one member in a household.
As it is now, it can get confusing whether it is your result or someone else’s in the family.

The app’s data doesn’t sync with Apple health
The data doesn’t sync up with Apple health, or syncs up sometimes, whenever it wants. Now for instance is not working (could be a cloud problem, I don’t know).
