Douglas Parfumerie & Cosmetice 4+

This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. You cant change a page without waiting for hours, you cant open the shopping cart, when I add an item in my cart the other item already added dissapears, you cant log in to your account, you cant order anything, uninstalled and installed a few times, even restarted my phone and still works way worse than Internet Explorer back in the day. The high rates on App Store is definitely fake. There is no way anyone enjoys this trash. The last update was made 8 months ago, which tells me that they definitely don’t care about their customers. Why even have promotions exclusively in app if nobody can buy anything through it? It literally does not work!

This app is a joke. You need to reload a page 100 times before it working. There are problems with the app especially when there are promotions at Douglas which can be accessed only through the app. For instance now there is an offer for 21% discount off the orders made through the app and guess what…I cannot use the app to make the order, each time I add my items in cart and try to proceed with the payment, the app freezes and a “Not found” error message appears…
At this point I think this app is so bad on purpose

I have tried for one hour to buy something.. unable to add it to cart , no info why this is happening.. the product was available online. After more minutes of searching it seems that the payment method is blocked for the cart. Then i try to change the payment method.. surprise , again not working. 1 hour of my time wasted… good job of making something so simple and enjoyable to be extremely annoying.
