Description
The mobile application shows the location, information and status of the different chargers, allows the customer to activate and start a charge, showing the process graphically in real time.
- Identification and / or registration of the user.
- Map: indicates the position in which the user and the chargers are located.
- Chargers list: show the detailed information of each charger.
- The user can select the charger's socket in which the charge will start, showing the steps to follow to start it.
- Charging process: shows the Wh and the time consumed during the charging process.
- The user can finish charging.
- Detailed information of the user profile with possibility to change the data and delete it.
- List of charges made by the user, along with their information.

Ratings and Reviews
Prices charged don’t match invoices
The prices they advertise in the app don’t match the amount they charge from your card. Basically they show you an amount for confirmation before you start the charge session and then something totally different shows on your invoice. This can prove problematic if you have a company card saved in the app and the invoice doesn’t match the amount charged! Basically you are shown 3 different prices (one in the app, one charged on your card and another one on the website!)
The funny thing is there is also a fourth price on their website, for the same country!)
Also, support non-existent, nobody answers emails.
Awful application
Even though I registered successfully
1. The application logs me out randomly
2. Keeps prompting me to complete profile by asking for some info I already provided (car registration, phone, etc)
3. Can't edit profile to update information. Either there's an error (something went wrong) or nothing happens (save, goes back to previous screen but on profile nothing has changed)
4. No way to report technical issues with the application itself.
Unreliable
After the first load, when one can set up the car and the charger, if the phone enters in sleep mode, the application doesn”t start anymore. Basically, you start the charging process, you’ll be kicked out and you won’t be able to stop the charging process. Of course all this is happenning while the app is still taking your money. The boot process stops at connecting user data. I have the latest IOS and the app is at its latest version.
