Hi Moonton, I’ve been playing MLBB since 2017 and I love it, there’s one thing that I personally would like to see changed if possible, so it seems kinda hard to play right now with all the revamped heroes that came out and the one thing that straight up screws my gaming experience is the matchmaking, I know I know everybody talks about it, but truth be told we didn’t necessarily had to have old heroes revamped but rather we would’ve needed a better matchmaking because it really messed up. Today I played about 5 games in a row in 4 of those I’ve had 2 elite players 3 master and one MG while the other team had 1 epic 2 MG and 3 legend. That’s my review thanks for listening to me!P.S. I love the game it’s just it needs some changes and tweaks every now and then :) .

Hello there! I've been playing this game for a very long time and I have a few things to say that I hoped to be solved but here we are today. First of all, it's extremely unfair to lose stars when one of my teammates is afk. It's enough that I lose the game basically, now why are you extra-punishing the correct players who just want to enjoy the game? Secondly, you should have some sort of system to detect the players with connection problems and not punish them the same as the basic leaver. It's not my fault that my connection gave up on me. It's not like I have purposely quit. Thirdly, please do something about the hackers. I can report them all day long but there's not much done as I keep bumping into them over and over again. No cd on skills, random stuns on heroes who don't even have the ability and so on. The game is great and very competitive but there are many wrong things with the players. this game was beautiful at the beginning, now I see that they are only interested in money. the teams are always made badly, it's impossible to win when you have people in the team who are trolling . the report doesn't work, you can give a report but it won't do anything to them. Before, at least if you gave a report, those players received a penalty, now you don't penalize anyone so as not to lose possible players who put in money. skins from events have become very expensive and useless, because you never get to play the role you want. put only mage players in a team and they all fight on 2 lanes. I paid for certain epic skins (for example on Change ) which is useless because it has a 3-season bug( it dose not work) , I sent an email and a report and still nothing is done. I have 3 videos with skins that have bugs and I received a reply in the mail that it is not their problem. it's a joke what this situation has become, because everyone gives up and starts LOL!

So many problems and issues in a fresh install on this iOS operating system and on a new iPhone 13 Pro Max… First the japanese client was always downloading even if I did a lot of things to get the global version. Now after getting the global version and starting the game I couldn’t switch into my account because of error 49 though Facebook and no Moonton login option available. I decided to play through the tutorials. After a while I tried switching again yet still error 49 and again no Moonton login option available. I am really disgusted because I have a way ilder iPhone than this 13 Pro Max, it’s a SE 2016 model. This game works like a charm on this weaker older iPhone…
