I parked in the parking area marked by them and the next day I received a fine for €100, because they said I left the car in a private parking lot.This is outrageous . I have been parking in the same spot for four months ,in the moment ,there are five cars parked in the same spot, but it seems the rules are being applied backwards for some or how. I want to mention that the place is still marked as allowed to park there. This is extortion and they simply withdraw the money from your bank accounts without you approving the transfer. Be careful and look for reviews that there are more people who have experienced the same thing.Sincerely a very unhappy customer.

Hello Maria, in our FAQ & terms and conditions, it is clearly stated that ending the rental in private parking spaces is not permitted. If we were to list all the zones on our map in the app where you are not allowed to park (including no-parking zones etc.), it would become very confusing. We are always trying to raise awareness of the fact that you have to adhere to the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) even when car sharing. Thank you for your understanding.
