The best app for my iPod and the new one is the most addictive app I’ve seen on the iPad app for my kids love the new app I highly recommended this game for a long day or two or more years without a lot more than I expected and it was fun to get it back and I love the game love the fact it has to get to my game every day I love this app I have to buy the game for the game but it won’t even load the new game

I work in this domain. I understand that a game needs monetisation however you got a little bit out of control with the new features. Where are the coins for updating the game? I literally bought packs for the past two weeks just to prove a point here. Hundreds spent and nothing back. You get the coins and then in literally 2 minutes a single level fails so many times you lose it all. And it is not about the way you play as I’ve been playing for 6y. The garden cannot be completed, gems levels are so high you can’t reach them even with real purchases. Where is the rabbit? Has someone thought about these features properly for a player that reaches high levels? Cause it makes me laugh. Nice product team you have. Can you imagine winning the album money and losing them all in one day? 5 levels 🤣 I won’t be playing this anymore. You got out of hand, prioritising and pushing features that make you lose constantly. You barely can win any prize in any of the events. I already know that one player off the game doesn’t mean anything for you however at least for players feedback and success metrics you should take this into consideration.How do you keep people playing? A while ago if you didn’t play for some weeks you would get coins and bonuses. That’s gone too. So let me get this straight, this game right now is literally “buy everything with real money and we won’t give you anything back from your levels” How do you count your success metrics on product side? Makes me laugh again, you literally removed every single feature that would help you win levels and increased the gems at such a high point that it doesn’t matter what you buy as you will never reach it. How can a game get so bad in 5 years? You might want to feed this back as the game is quite stable from a dev perspective but it seems the business on your side got out of hand i. e in 5 years you made it unplayable. And again this is not about spending money as I spent a lot on this game it just doesn’t give you anything back anymore. All the fun is gone. As far as I know these monetisation principles need to get correlated with the gameplay and with keeping the users interested. How’s your retention rate going?

I got my ipad mini one month ago and this is the first game i’ve installed on it. I’ve been playing nonstop since then and i’m on level 500. Its addictive. No ads, decent coin harvest hourly, although, they could give you a little more than the entry for one level. Great game.

Your last version keeps showing loading in the dashboard but without anything happening after loading and in one of the contests the app shows the error “you are offline. Go online to continue playing “ i tried only on mobile data and then on wifi. No result. The problem appeared on the last update.
