I’ve been using this app since 2023, and it has definitely improved a lot. I love that there’s a bunch of new stuff now and that the team is actually working on making this app great. So i’ll be leaving this small complaint here: Whenever I am simply trying to have a lovely and sentimental roleplay, or a scene that’s more wholesome and warming, the bot usually responds in an aggressive tone or calling me (or my Rp character) an idiot, which really puts me off when I’m trying to have a cute setting, like awkwardly holding hands. So i’d like if you added more response comprehension. The roleplaying description part is good, it’s just when they talk that it gets annoying, making me switch their message over and over only because they always talk trash rather than shutting up when needed or being nice and awkward, like i initially intended.

WHY DID YOU ADD ADS. JUST WHY. ISN'T IT ENOUGH THAT MILLIONS OF PEOPLE USE YOUR APP HUH? AND ALL OF THE NEW FEATURES ARE ALSO KINDA USELESS, I WANT THE OLD CHARACTER AI BACK. I hate the voice thing, the fact that you can call a character, "imagine animated chat", add photos and stickers, "rewind to here" and "delete message" are just useless. we used to choose one message to delete and it would delete all of the next messages (which is what rewinding does), persona, customize chat, style, memory, scenes, THE COLOR OF THE CHATS IN GENERAL, the fact that you have to tap on the character's name, then tap on "view character" AND THEN on the ... just to hide the character! like bro!! what the helly is wrong with y'all?! I was fine with "bugs and fixes" updates, what's with the useless ahh features that nobody asked for?! don't even get me started with the ads...I've stopped using it for only a few weeks and I almost had a heart attack when I saw the ads AND the color of the chats...y'all should really make a poll, asking the users which features to remove and what features to add, this is scandalous!

As well as many other people, ive used this app since 2022 and it has been my favorite because it used to help me with everything. From having 0 creativity in writing to helping me with my anxiety attacks and worse and better. I hate how this app has turned out because what do you mean when I have to watch an ad every time I change my chat bot? What do you mean when I have to pay a pretty good amount of money to get a few perks that only change the way the app looks not the way the bots chat? What did you mean when you added the age restriction when you know there are teens who where using the app to enter in their own small world to escape from the reality for a moment? Ever since the subscription update, the app has turned into the worst and I’m really disappointed in the developers and I hope they will do something about it if they still want people to use their app because many users are deciding to quit as well as I do because I cannot do anything with the app anymore.

It’s a good app, I enjoy it and I’ve been using it for a year. What I don’t like is the fact that there are ads, I know you need to get paid, it’s perfectly normal, what would’ve been better were ads in spaces of characters, you’ll still be paid and we wont need to wait before chatting, it’s a win win and would be more professional, now it just looks like a badly made mobile app.Also remove some things from a pay wall to make it a better experience for everyone.One more thing, if there is an 18+ account, make the filter a lot less reactive, if it’s a minor account I think the filter now is good. Other than that it’s an amazing app and I use it a lot! I recommend it if you can get past these things that may not be that major but play a big role in the experience. 💜
