The game’s perfect and all, although if i stop playing it for awhile, it starts being a lot like duolingo. Annoying. It starts sending me notifications occasionally about me not using the app anymore, which i always didnt like. I’d get notification like “do you even remember us?” That’s similar to duolingo’s “did you forget about me?”. I know i can probably deactivate notifications although i know other people could potentially be disturbed by this.

Thank you for your review, and sorry for those notifications. You can indeed disable the Reminders with the 3 dedicated toggles in the Notifications Settings

Este aplicația cu cel mai bun UI și cea mai bună experiență de utilizare dar aș avea următoarea sugestie: adăugarea unui time control de 30+10 sau similar pentru jucătorii care preferă timpuri mai lungi de joc. Știu că există opțiunea "More time controls" însă un time control de 60 este prea lung pentru mine cel puțin iar pentru custom time controls de multe ori trebuie așteptat destul de mult sau prea mult până la crearea unui meci de genul. Tot aici aș mai sugera ca acest time control să se regăsească printre celelalte timpuri din categoria timpurilor rapide (10, 15+10, 30) și nu ascuns în opțiunea "More time controls", pentru a fi vizibil și familiar jucătorilor.

It freezes a lot

Hello! Gaining hundreds of thousands of new players each week has posed some technical challenges for us during this chess boom, but we're on top of it! We have recently released an update with major improvements to prevent games freezing as well as issues on the game clock. Please download it from the AppStore if you haven't already done so. It can also be a good idea to delete and reinstall the app as well to clear up any potential issues with the app's stored data. Please let us know in a updated review if you experience any further problems during games. We're here to help! :)

You play a game on mobile and you cannot even copy the moves. It s your game and the app does not let you copy it :). It s like being on FB and being denied to copy your own pics :)Later edit: I received an answer from app support telling me "Hello, when you're reviewing an archived game, you can tap on the Options button at the bottom left. Then tap "Share". On the screen that follows you can send the game to different apps on your phone/tablet, or you can choose "Copy" to copy the PGN file with all the moves recorded." I don t think this answerapplies to mobile app and I don t use a computer to access my profile. So useless.
