Bad, bad, bad experience. I bought a Chanel handbag from them. Upon arriving, I realised the bag was not my style, so I decided to sell it back. I have not worn the bag while it was with me. I managed to sell it (I say “manage” because of their 25% comission which makes it hard to buy and sell at the correct price). I sent it to their center for them to check it. They wrote to me saying that the bag had a defect and that they are reducing 500 dollars from the price I would receive. Again, this is the same bag that I had bought from them as “very good”, with no defect, for 2,232 dollars, and which I had not worn in the meantime. Now, it was sold for 1,860, because of an imaginary flaw invented by them to reduce the price of the item so that they could keep the rest of the money. They were not content with just the 25% commission, they wanted more. On the page of the item, the old price is written (3000 dollars), but I only received 1,860, which is clear evidence that the buyer paid full price, while I got far less, because of the flaw they malliciously invented. I have done business in several occasions with Vestiaire, so it is sad to see that they are so greedy towards a loyal partner. Anyway, you have been warned. I will share this message on multiple media so that people are not scammed like I was.
