The product came in a poor quality cardboard box without the "jordan" logo and the paper in which the package was wrapped is of poor quality, which breaks very easily. The sneakers have spaces of different sizes between the seams. Unlike some original sneakers, these have the "jordan" logo much smaller than the one on the original sneakers. For size 36, they are very wide and very short in length compared to another pair that I own with the same size.

I have been trying for a week now to purchase a pair of Nike sneakers, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to add the product to the cart, although the products are seemingly in stock. I have called the local customer service and the gentleman there, who I am pretty sure knew about this problem (since there are so many people who complain about it) told me that since I was trying to make the purchase on a Sunday, it is possible that the product might be out of stock and nobody updates the site on a Sunday! That is, of course, a bunch of phooey, because sites update automatically, they don’t rest on Sundays, as so many of us humans do. He then suggested that I wait for 24 hours and try to make the purchase again. It is now a week later, so many 24 hours have passed and no luck, which truly leads me to believe that there is something very wrong in Zalando’s kitchen.Oh and another thing: it would probably be a good idea to add the correct materials that the the jewelry sold on the website is made of. Some of us are allergic to zinc, or brass, or any other type of cheap alloy.

I love this app! It is my go to app when I want to find unique pieces that are not usually easy to find in my country! The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery to an easybox! Please add this in Bucharest! This way I can pick up my parcel in my own time and it would also make the returns a whole bunch easier!!
