The app still needs an upgrade. It is very difficult to find something specific using the current filters and search function, which are not user-friendly for buyers. Moreover, the way the product categories are structured for sellers does not support efficient sorting, which negatively impacts visibility and sales. For example, under “Dresses”, the categories include: mini dresses, long dresses, midi dresses, summer dresses, cocktail dresses, formal dresses, and winter dresses. However, a summer dress can be mini, midi, or long — and the same applies to cocktail dresses, which vary in length and can be worn in both warm and cold seasons. This rigid classification restricts the seller’s ability to accurately categorize items, reducing discoverability and making the shopping experience less intuitive.Even more importantly, since purchases are made online, the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract without justification should be prioritized. It is unfair that if the return reason doesn’t match one of the limited options in the app, the buyer cannot cancel the purchase. For instance, if someone buys a pair of pants in their size, asks the seller for exact measurements, but due to poor-quality fabric they don’t fit as expected, the buyer is not allowed to withdraw — even though the item doesn’t match the seller’s description in practice. In such cases, the seller holds full decision-making power, leaving the buyer without real protection.
