DomiCarta is a home management app for keeping home profiles, rooms, equipment, warranties, inspection schedules, repair history, photos, PDFs, and documents organized in one place.

When multiple items have similar names, DomiCarta also shows related room and item context, so it is easier to tell which air conditioner, water heater, appliance, document, task, or history record you are looking at.
The free version lets you start organizing your home records. The lifetime Pro version unlocks higher limits and additional features such as iCloud sync, PDF/CSV export, and Face ID Lock. It is not a monthly subscription.
By default, your data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync as a Pro feature, home records, photos, PDFs, and attachments can be synchronized through Apple's iCloud. The app does not show ads and does not use third-party advertising SDK tracking.
Home information often becomes important long after move-in, purchase, repairs, or installation. DomiCarta gives you a simple way to keep those records ready for future maintenance, warranty checks, renewals, and everyday home management.
