Pay for Pro, have Free

I paid once for a year, and worked fine, after one year the pay was made by Google Pay (I use Apple Pay), I didn’t recognize it and I requested my money back. Revolut sent me a notification that the seller showed that pay was made legally, and money was transferred for another one year of Pro. Despite that, I have access only for Free version, so I paid for pro and received Free version. I sent 4 emails to Brainly support, and every time I received an automated email to address for that to Google😡. I don’t recommend the Pro App, they take your money and give nothing instead.I tried to contact them but every time I receive an automated message to contact GPay, what I did. The GPay team responded instantly and confirmed the payment 3 months ago, my bank account is slightly easier with 80 RON (15,79€). The customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. All requests returned an automated response from an AI I suppose.

many times I found what I was looking for, but this app has quite a few problems. the equation math solver can't scan every equation, which bothers me. when I search for a solution to a problem on Brainly, I can't find it, but if I search from another app for a solution to the problem, it finds it and says it's taken from Brainly. And when I ask a question on Brainly, I get the answer after days. I need an answer on the same day... if you answer later it doesn't help me anymore …🫤😕
