iProfiler allows you to accurately show pictures based on a custom ICC profile that is created using iProfiler in conjunction with remoteProfiler (Available as a free download on AppForce.One) on Mac OS and a (not included) profiling solution like i1Profiler from X-Rite in combination with for instance an i1Display Pro.
After measuring a custom profile, use the Finder to copy that icc profile to iProfiler and restart iProfiler.
Then select some images from your photo library and adjust the Chromatic Adaptation slider to match the iOS device to your Mac.
