great product and very easy to use
I am in love with this app. It is very easy to use and the real album looks great. The quality of the paper it is very good and the delivery it is very fast (I have received the albums in 7 days).

Layouting is not reliable
If you want a specific layout and spend a lot of time arranging photos in a specific order (e.g. minimize white space, don’t use on the same page photos from different moments), then this is not for you.
When you finally think that everything is alright, doing a last preview before checkout will ruin it all. I wasted time several times, on different books and besides other styling problems I encountered, the final preview always ruined the entire layout

Hello Diana, we are sorry to hear that. There are a few features which indeed force the layout to re-arrange, such as changing the font, including maps or changing the format of the book. Just previewing does not change the layout at all, as this is something only being triggered by certain user actions! We agree that it can be difficult to get a specific layout, if you have a certain one in your mind. We are working on improving this already though and with the update after the next one you will probably find a new feature regarding the layouting, which you will like for sure - so stay excited!;)
Use it only if you want to waste your time!
I’ve lost 2 days of my life trying to make a Christmas surprise. The app is full of bugs and it’s missing critical features!

We cannot understand your feedback at all, as you unfortunately do not state any concrete problem or what exactly is missing for you?
