Search for a restaurant is awful
I want to select KFC from Promenada Mall Bucharest to pickup an order, obviously I don’t live nearby. The restaurant is actually called “KFC PROMENADA”. When I type “promenada” I get nothing because the app demands street and number. Mind blowing. I need to think about a nearby street, but writing a street is not enough, you need also a number. Once you enter street and number it works, but it’s a headache that the search does not work when you enter the actual name of the restaurant or at least a street without a number.
Just add a map and let us enter just the street name if we want, default the pin in the middle of the street if no number is added and show a list and a map. Take notes from McDonalds app
More to improve
The application is very very bad. Not so user friendly. I cannot see the status for my order + many other bad things 👎
App does not work!
This app is pure garbage! Why? Here's why:
In just 5 minutes of use, i found the following bugs:
1. When selecting delivery address, the field has Autofill, but it does not include street number, therefore you need to type the address manually, otherwise you can't progress after the first screen.
2. You cannot chose a different store for delivery.
3. You can add products that are unaivailable at that store - btw, what KFC store doesnt have a 5 piece crispy menu??? - and it does not show the exact product out of stock, but rather the whole cart becomes "unavailable" and you have to GUESS what product is out of stock.
4. Finally, after a grueling and idiotic order process, once you are at checkout and payment, THE APP DOES NOT WORK!!! IT SHOWS A FIREFOX BROWSER ERROR - restarting and reinstalling does not fix it.
In conclusion: the app IS BROKEN, it does not work, and i just wasted 15 minutes trying to get it to work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
