This app will help you learn how to properly perform the circular block karate technique. Okinawan stylists call this technique toriguchi, while Japanese stylists call it mawashi uke. The circular block is a powerful compound movement that includes a counterstrike in the application. The goal is to redirect the opponent's attack and strike back. This app includes a basic instruction for the circular block performed on the left side and the right side. Future updates will include more detail and higher levels of the movement, differences between styles as well as demonstrations of application (bunkai).
