These and more features will always be available to you for free, and always within the reach of your smartphone or tablet as long as you are a Medicover patient.
* For access to My Medicover Account application you need to fill in an application form available at the reception of Medicover clinics. On the basis of the completed form, you will receive from the reception operators the access data for logging into My Medicover Account: patient number - MRN and password that you can change after the first login.

Erori la programări
Anul trecut când am instalat inițial aplicația mergea super ok, îmi puteam face programări direct din aplicație. De când a început anul, in Ianuarie mi s-a spus la recepție ca mai durează puțin pana se încarcă programul nou și după se vor putea face iar programări din aplicație, dar nu am mai reușit sa fac nicio programare și suntem in mai…azi am încercat din nou, tot eroare îmi da.
Nu pot efectua programari din aplicatie
De doua zile incerc sa fac o programare si sunt intampinat cu un mesaj “We are sorry, an error has occured. Please try again.”
Noul update nu functioneaza
Aplicatia era ok inainte de ultimul update. Acum pur si simplu nu este functionala
