Cum te ajuta aplicatia Regina Maria?
● Te programezi online: simplu si rapid
○ Te programezi rapid la specialitatea dorita sau medicul preferat, fara sa mai astepti o confirmare prin Contact Center.
○ Nu mai poti ajunge? Anuleaza programarea in timp util, in doar cateva secunde, direct din contul tau.
○ Stii ce te doare, dar nu stii la ce specialitate ar fi cel mai potrivit sa te programezi? Asistentul Virtual este aici sa te ajute - afla cauza simptomelor tale in mai putin de 5 minute. Mai mult, ai 93% acuratete in identificarea cauzei simptomelor tale.
● Faci check-in direct in locatie
○ Cu functia de check-in online, stii imediat unde mergi pentru consultatie, fara sa mai treci pe la receptie.
○ Ca sa afli rapid etajul si cabinetul, intra in sectiunea “Programari” din contul tau si apasa “check-in”.
● Sau mergi rapid la Clinica Virtuala
○ Acum poti sa ceri opinia avizata a unui medic specialist, direct din confortul casei tale.

1. Inregistrare rapida
Creeaza-ti contul folosind datele tale de Apple, Google, Facebook sau email. Daca ai nevoie de ajutor, ne gasesti la 021 9268.
2. Confirmare simpla
Verifica-ti emailul si telefonul printr-un link si un cod SMS.
De acum ai acces partial in aplicatie: te poti programa, insa nu poti verifica “Dosarul medical”.
Pentru acces complet, mergi la pasul 3.
3. Acces complet
Autentifica-te in aplicatie, acceseaza Dosarul medical si alege optiunea "Vreau sa validez acum".
In doar cateva ore, ai acces total la istoricul tau medical.
Validarea poate dura pana la 24 de ore sau o poti solicita oricand, in orice locatie Regina Maria.

I’ve been using the app extensively and really enjoy it overall. I have my childs account linked to mine and it’s really nice that I can setup his appointments as well.What I personally don’t like regarding the UX is the back button in the details pages. I wish it would be sticky to the top. Also, it would be great if you could go back also by swipping left, it’s a native behaviour. The menu button in the dashboard is maybe a bit unusual, i would normally expect a side menu instead of a popup.I’m giving it five stars because I think it’s inovative and an awesome way to interact with the medical system. Great work!

Low quality services, the app is not accurate

The app allows you to make RMN appointments without any information given, appointments that should be allowed only from Call Centre( which btw is the worst service I’ve ever seen and we’re talking about a medical environment, no training is done before hiring these people… which in the end mess up your appointments and aren’t able to give you the needed support). So, once an RMN appointment made from the app, you might get there and they will ask you for example the recommendation from your dentist which made you implants years ago… or some other documents about which no one asks you or informs you that are MANDATORY. How can a person trust your services when no accurate information is given, and when specialised doctors don’t bother to medically check you but just send you to RMN… and give you lists of expensive treatments? I’m really disappointed in your services and won’t recommend you to anyone.

The most intuitive app ever!

I don’t know who made the UI for this app but OMG they know what people need. Everything I want the app to do it is already doing for me: adding scheduling to my Google calendar instantly, letting me favorite doctors, suggesting appointments automatically based on doctor’s recommendations and these are just a few of the features that just make my experience seamless and Regina Maria grows in value and professionalism.

Stay away, you’re better off with another clinic

If you are on a paid subscription from your employer, you are going to wait weeks before getting an appointment as opposed to when you are not on a subscription and pay upfront.Leaving that aside, I don’t know for the life of me why in an entire city (capital) you only have 1 doctor taking a specific type of samples. Not only have I waited months for my appointment but 5 days before my scheduled appointment I get a call to have it rescheduled almost a month later because the doctor cannot show up. This has happened 2 times already to me so I have been effectively waiting 6 months now to be examined by this doctor. In the meantime I will actually go make an appointment to another clinic as I’m sick of postponing this indefinitely.
Am pregatit o noua versiune! Acum ai o zona dedicata pentru investigatiile efectuate la parteneri. In plus, aplicatia este mai stabila si mai rapida datorita noilor optimizari de performanta.
