Fair price. Pretty cool chain of partners though maybe you could extend it even more and work more with them on the extra entry fees.Maybe you could have more promos, prices and stuff. Keep up the good work we much appreciate it

The service was one of the first of its kind in Romania and has an impressive number of partnered gyms, but the recent acquisition by Gympass coupled with changes in subscription plans make it one of the worst offers out there.The app itself is unreliable, it didn’t work at all for weeks, having to register at the gym on pen and paper like it’s 1990s. I haven’t heard of any other pass service to have this many issues.Note that they can block your device from using the app if you change your subscription account (which will happen if you switch jobs) and the only way of unblocking is by contacting support which is pretty much non existent (0 investment in support means it can take weeks for an issue to be resolved).If you have a choice on the gym pass services, I would definitely avoid this one.

- Every time you receive a different invite into the app you have to change the account because the person trying to invite you receives an error stating that you alteady have an account on this email. When you do this the third time, your device is locked and you have to make a ticket to customer service through a button which says “Call Us” but there is only email or live chat options, where the staff responds very slow. - 7card emmits an invoice 2 weeks upfront the starting period, so if you plan to stop using the service for an amount of time, by the time you want to reactivate your account, it will be suspended due to the unpaid invoice, so you have once again to talk to customer service.I have decided to give up this service, as I dont feel like the amount I pay reflects the quality of the overall customer experience.

I got an invoice at the beginning of October, canceled the subscription, did not get the whole amount back. Ok. Got charged AGAIN 4 days later for the amount I was reimbursed. I noticed today that I was being billed AGAIN, after cancelling the last subscription and quitting my job. They did not reimburse the amount I got charged only 3 days after cancelling.How do I get charged 3 days after cancelling and how do I still get access to the subscription if I QUIT my job? Horrible app overall. Esx is still bad, but better.
