I'm really impressed how fast the app is working and how many gym options or sport clubs I have for a very low price ✨
User experience and automatic card payments
I had activated one option in the app and then money were automatically withdrawn from my bank account next months without me selecting this or being asked. When i demanded for the money to be return and account closed (didnt use the services at all) they told me i can do it only in the first 10 working days. The UI/UX is horrible as it close to impossible to unsubscribe or find useful things about my account. This could be valuable if not finding bad intent every step of the way.
Very bad app and service
Super bad app and service, you cannot download the bill and you have to email them each month to get it, they’re very late with the response and (partially) rude eventhough you give them all the information they need. The app is not intuitive at all and looks like it was done in 2005 by a beginner. Big NO-NO for me.
