Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same duration at the same price as the initial period chosen. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your MEGA subscription no later than 24 hours before your next subscription payment is due, via your Apple account settings page.

App permissions (optional):
Contacts: MEGA accesses your contacts so you can add them from your device.
Microphone: MEGA accesses your microphone when you capture a video, make a call or record voice messages inside the app.
Camera: MEGA accesses your camera when you capture a video or photo or make a call inside the app.
Face ID: MEGA accesses Face ID to allow you to easily unlock the app's passcode when you enable this option.
Local network: MEGA accesses your local network so you can place and receive calls through devices that are on the same Wi-Fi or other local network.
Location: MEGA accesses your location when you share it with your contacts in chat.
Add photos to photo library: MEGA accesses your photo library to add photos and videos to your device gallery.
Photo library usage: MEGA accesses your photos and videos when you upload them, share them through the chat and when camera uploads are enabled.

Edit: I don’t know how, but the problem was solved without me doing anything...I wrote to you via email.//I just love your storage service and I’ll invest in a better plan...but I just got my new iPhone X yesterday and today when I installed your app it doesn’t let me export files and videos to my iPhone!!!!!!!! When I tap the “share” button in the upper right, after downloading the file, the app freezes and it requires to be closed from multitasking! PLEASE TAKE A LOOK INTO THIS! I really need this feature really soon!!!! Please!I’m running iOS 11.2.1 on iPhone X 256GB.

I loved this App until the account was deactivated without a warning or an explanation. I trusted MEGA with my most valuable moments and memories - years worth of images, wedding photos, family photos, vacation photos. This was the only place I kept them in and now I lost access to them. They were contacted and said they will look into it. It’s been well over half a year. They have been contacted since then more than once to ask for an update and a solution to this situation, and no response ever since. This has been more than disappointing and frustrating, it has been stressful to lose the most important and treasured memories like this.
Not working on mobile data

The app is great, I can delete images on my iphone and they remain on Mega and that is what I wanted for a long time from a cloud.Unfortunately since last week the app doesn’t work anymore when I use it on mobile data. It only works on Wifi. I have an iphone with the latest software installed (14.0.1) and I installed latest update from Mega but still doesn’t work. I have mobile data activated for Mega (I use the app for a few years now). I sent an email to Mega and they said they are working on it. Please hurry! Thank you!Dear Sir,As I mentioned before I already have the latest version of Mega installed. It doesn’t work on Mobile Data. On Wifi works and is perfect. Before I wrote you I tried everything. It has this issue that has to be fixed. Thank you for your cooperation!

Hello,Please avoid sending us the same review multiple times. We have made a recent fix for this.Please update the MEGA app from the App Store and you should be able to login into MEGA now.

Hi there First of all I say this app is one of he best I have used, having all files together, share them to people who has or not an account. But I have gave you 4* because, on iPhone you cans download audio files and for that you have a player integrated in the app, but in iPhone 5s worked so great and now when I use iPhone 6s crashes, after one or two minutes. Even for offline files!!! Please do something with this!!! Thx
