With a fully digital onboarding journey, the owner is renting his apartment without the stress of dealing with the real estate agent (one or more), interrupting his daily schedule to take calls from interested potential tenants, managing each visit, helping the tenant to get installed in the apartment…and the list continues.
Milluu does all these tasks and more: tenant financial risk analyze, utilities payment management, technical emergencies insurances, etc.
The tenants have access to a portfolio of high quality & ready-to-move apartments and a fully digital renting experience: sign the contract or pay the rent and utilities expenses in the app. Additionally, the rental agreement includes an insurance policy for all properties in the apartment as well as an emergency technical assistance package for any failure of plumbing, electrical or district heating.
Big mistake to work with them! I’m an owner. It’s been 2 months now since I don’t get access to my account on the platform. They just can’t fix this issue. Not even with the password reset is not working. At the same time, they do no fulfill their obligations to have all the utilities paid in time and, of course, being locked out I can’t complain. Smart, isn’t it?

I signed the contract for renting an apartment and paid the first month of rent + deposit, and one day before i was supposed to take over the apartment, they tell me that the apartment is no longer available.
