Description
Milluu is a proptech end-to-end digital platform designed to simplify the experience of renting a property, completely taking care of every step of the process - from the first to the last day of the rental period.
The landlords find in Milluu the Instant Rent option that guarantees the rent for 12 months and first payment in 30 days after the sign-up in the platform! With a fully digital onboarding journey, the owner is renting his apartment without the stress of dealing with the real estate agent (one or more), interrupting his daily schedule to take calls from interested potential tenants, managing each visit, helping the tenant to get installed in the apartment…and the list continues.
Milluu does all these tasks and more: tenant financial risk analyze, utilities payment management, technical emergencies insurances, etc.
The tenants have access to a portfolio of high quality & ready-to-move apartments and a fully digital renting experience: sign the contract or pay the rent and utilities expenses in the app. Additionally, the rental agreement includes an insurance policy for all properties in the apartment as well as an emergency technical assistance package for any failure of plumbing, electrical or district heating.

Super aplicatia! Foarte frumos realizata, functionalitate impecabila momentan. Usor de folosit si foarte intuitiva.
Comisionul este insa exagerat. 30% e camatarie. As vrea sa fac totul prin voi. Altfel, pentru “libera intelegere si plata inafara aplicatiei” am alte platforme cu marketshare mult mai mare.
Pacat de pret. Cel mai probabil nu voi inchiria prin voi, dar succes in continuare! Aplicatia arata excelent.

Buna seara. Multumim de feedback. In acest moment sunt in perioada de Free Trial, nu se percepe nici un fel de comision, totul este gratuit. Vom vedea pe viitor care va fi valoarea acestuia. Chiar ca incurajam sa testati toate functionalitatile si sa ne lasati feedback. Va stam la dispozitie cu mai multe info pe support@milluu.com. Legat de utilizatori, abia am lansat, urmeaza campanii care vor creste baza de utilizatori. Multumim
Avoid it!!!
Big mistake to work with them! I’m an owner. It’s been 2 months now since I don’t get access to my account on the platform. They just can’t fix this issue. Not even with the password reset is not working.
At the same time, they do no fulfill their obligations to have all the utilities paid in time and, of course, being locked out I can’t complain. Smart, isn’t it?
