Note-Due brings your notes and tasks together in one place. Write a note, create tasks inside it, set due dates, and get reminded — all without switching apps.

Rich text editing with bold, italic, highlights, checklists, code blocks, and more. Attach photos, scan documents, record voice memos, and embed video inline. Draw directly in notes with Apple Pencil or your finger — handwriting is automatically recognised and can be converted to typed text. Every note is a full workspace.
TASKS BUILT INTO YOUR NOTES
Create tasks inside any note, or add standalone tasks that live on their own. Set due dates, priorities, and reminders. Use Quick Add with natural language — type "call James tomorrow at 9am high priority" and Note-Due handles the rest. Mark tasks as blocked by other tasks to map real project dependencies.

Folders, subfolders, tags, and smart filters keep everything findable. Switch between Today, Upcoming, Overdue, and All views. Toggle between list, agenda, and calendar layouts. Snooze tasks you can't tackle right now. Pin important notes to the top. Search across your entire library instantly. Home screen and Lock Screen widgets show what needs your attention right now.
FOCUS MODE
Block out distractions with Focus Mode — a full-screen, dark-background view that shows only today's tasks. Work through them one by one without the rest of your library in the way.

5 New Pro Features
Projects — A layer above folders that groups notes and tasks together. Each project has a custom icon, colour, status (active/completed/archived), optional due date, and a live completion percentage calculated from its tasks. Full Projects tab with detail view and progress ring.
Time Tracking — Set a time estimate on any task (15 min to 4 hours). Start/stop a built-in timer while you work. Logged time accumulates across sessions. Shows in the task editor with a live ticking display.
Smart Scheduling — Tap "Smart Schedule" on any task and the app counts your task load across the next 14 days and suggests the least-busy slot, presented as an alert you can accept or dismiss.
PDF Annotation — Open any PDF attachment and draw over it with PencilKit (Apple Pencil or finger). Annotations are saved per page and stored with the attachment in your library. Undo/redo support, page navigation for multi-page PDFs.
Tables in Notes — Insert a proper grid table into any note. Edit rows, columns, and cells inline. Add/remove rows and columns up to 20×10. Tables render as a preview card in the note body.
