But please make the scheduling more user friendly. It is a pain.For the ones complaining about fw update to v3 - please watch your emails and check their page. They explain how to reconnect it back to cloud. You have to reset the adapter by accessing it via ip - after you connect to it via your home network.

Worse than original Daikin app

I have the Ururu Sarara unit, and the app brings nothing more as a plus from the old app. Ok, i have voice command, but i loose the better design of the old Daikin app, and no more IFTTT(if this then that) including on the old app, i want this function, it is very covenient to automate the AC, if the temperature reaches certain point the AC will do what i want, without my intervention. Also now i have a big delay from the app to the AC, that i did’t have withe the previous app. It’s ok for now that the old app still works, but no more IFTTT. One good thing is the ability to control the temp in increments of 0,5 instead of 1 dgr C. The unit itself is flawless, and made in Japan, too bad the app has it’s flaws, but way better than the cheap chinese stuff, that work only if they have full acces to your whole phone. A good thing there are companies that respect your privacy, and respect the owners, not just china stuff, but should just add more to the apps, not disable stuff.

Every time I trigger an action in the app I have to refresh the units list to make sure that the changes have actually went through. Another thing that I don’t like is that you cannot set multiple holidays. Why would I choose to close only some units per holiday thus making them unavailable to select in the second holiday. I want to be able to set how many holidays I want and to choose all units for each of them.

The new version of application need for setting a close distance to unit. Major inconvenience. If the unit run, you need remote control (off unit) and the software need update, unit can off remote!!! The identification data (available in the previous version) is not available for setting. The unit run until setting will be finished close tu unit (i am was abroad!!).
