Un serviciu bun dar nu perfect

Aplicatia a devenit din ce in ce mai buna si serviciul la fel, mai ales de cand ofera optiunea de stocare nelimitata la un pret foarte decent.Mi-as dori in schimb ca video-urile stocate in cloud sa poata fi redate din cloud, de cele mai multe ori, daca au mai mult de un minut, player-ul aplicatiei nu face fata si sunt nevoit sa downloadez respectivul fisier. Pe One Drive de exemplu nu exista aceasta problema. Din pacate, problema poate ajunge un “Deal breaker”, daca nu se rezolva.

Salut! Ne poti ajuta cu cateva detalii suplimentare legate de situatia descrisa de tine? Ce eroare iti apare daca durata fisierului este mai mare de 1 minut? Ne-ar ajuta si o captura de ecran cu specificatiile tehnice ale dispozitivului cu care incerci sa te conectezi. The app crashes after login and initial setup in a wiered behavior.First it cragses, then a black screen with a loading animation is displayed. After a few seconds the device locks and asks for the passcode.Could’t manage to upload or view files in the cloud.You can contact me for more info if needed.
