Mostly fine
The videos didn’t work for a week, but otherwise it’s usually fine
Membership
The staff are incapable of solving one single easy problem. I paid for my membership and the payment didn't go through. I accesed the site for couple of days but after that they told my that my payment didn't go through so they didn't let me access the servicies also they took my money. Moreover, when i tried to retry and refresh my card for payment to enjoy the content, the app appologised for my payment transaction, saying it was a problem. Now i lost the membership because of this careless people.
great platform
very seamless, slick and intuitive design. I love that you can download podcasts for later. And also this is the place where my fav podcasters post.
