PBX Call Assist Mobile is a Unified Communications & CTI software that enables you to seamlessly switch your complete business communication between office and home office.

To be able to use the app, you need a functional installation of PBX Call Assist and an Auerswald ICT system (desktop application), in which you have already been set up and activated as a user.

With PBX Call Assist Mobile, users can access selected and proven features of the Unified Communication & CTI software PBX Call Assist anywhere at any time. Important data on business contacts and information on the availability of colleagues enable efficient business communication while on the move. Functions such as video chat or the integration of softphone functions (SIP) add additional value to the app.
