Good products good app
I like
Puramax for 2 indoor cats
It’s been about 2 months of use, sometimes the poo sticks to the bottom and doesn’t get on the slide when the barrel rotates. Sometimes the smell is bothersome, although we use both deodorizers (liquid and solid in the waste compartment). We have all original trash bags, odorizers and I manually clean a couple extra times per day to see if there’s no left over waste in the tray. All in all, no prior experience with cats or litter boxes, it’s pretty convenient. I did a deep clean after 1 month of use and it took about 2 hrs. Could be longer if you wait for the parts to air dry, I used my hairdryer on the lining mat (it’s sort of textile/plastic mesh).
Terrible wifi support
Whenever our wifi is temporarily down, it’s a HUGE pain to reconnect the mini feeder to wifi. It always takes us several hours of going back and forth and trying all sorts of things and settings. Nothing is intuitive, if only the English language of this app would be better, at least, considering how many people from Europe and the US use it. Love the product itself and its functionalities, hate the app and the wifi connection...
