The Petrom Electric app helps you enjoy your electric car more and organize each trip faster. Petrom Electric helps you locate a chargings station, as well as the type of charging. This is how you plan your stops in advance and implicitly your journeys. It's easy to use and the most convenient thing is that you can pay the charge directly in the application. You also have access to invoices and loading history, so you can keep a record and at the same time compare, plan, have as many trips as possible, without stress or unpleasant surprises. In addition to the advantage of making charging faster, the app shows you the number and location of the charging points, easy-to-find throughout the country, making the electric car experience much simpler. To be honest, all people shut have easy access to chargers for cars. I stay 1,5h to can create a AppleID exclusive from Romania to can download this app. Only country at the moment and only app with this experience. Now to can register only allow address from Romanian, I had to put one address from a family member.Shut be open to everypeople from europe, people that work or travel often and to don’t have problem with Apple ID geolocation. Hope this will be solve in near future. At the moment with all this trouble I loose 2 hours and I will be charging later on.

Dezamăgitor e puțin spus…

Am încercat să încarc mașina la o stație Petrom din Suceava. Am descărcat aplicația, mă grăbeam, am plătit 5,99 Ron parcă pentru realizare cont. Apoi 150 Ron mi-au fost blocați pe card, ok, dar deși am scanat corect codul conectorului, nu am reușit să pornesc o încărcare corect. Am repetat operațiunea, am mai acceptat să îmi rețină iar 150 de ronde pe card, s-a inițiat startul incarcarii, dar dupa 34 de secunde încărcarea a fost abandonată. Am renunțat, am alimentat la un Penny corect în Fălticeni. Sunt probleme cu aplicația, mai au de lucru, s-au grăbit cu implementarea.

Worst EV charging app, you need to input 1000 details…. The “creators” have no clue about what UX means… and besides this to make things even worse, after one enters 1000 details it receives a generic error… “An error occurred” 😂 Simply embarrassing, I would fire the entire team that built this trash app.

I cannot create a contract , it says to check the internet connection, does not matter if i have on mobile data or wifi, is still saying the same message!
