Extremely Easy

No card checking, chat support is closing if switch application

The application have the following issues
1. When you chose from drop down list an hour was choosing a different one than you have selected
2. The application don’t match card requirement with rental company ones (if accept only credit, when you make they payment at least a message should say, the card used not matching deposit card requirement
3. When you need to confirm the payment no clear recap for dates and time, if wrong you will need to make an amend which could affect your rate expectation
4. The end rental company is ok to not take any fee for a booking made for the next 24 hours, but rentalcar company don’t

They robbed my money

I made a rezervation and paid 5 days for the car in Milano, italy. I arrived there to take the car. The company told me my name was written wrong and asked me to call rentalcars to confirm my name. I called customer center, but they didn’t want to help, they said that they can’t confirm for the car company that the one who already paid for the car is me, and don’t want to send an email to cofirm that is me to the car company, so i lost all the money that i paid for rezervation, and had to pay double the amount on the car. Horrible company this rentalcars. Just ruined my vaccation… incredible dissapointment
