Great app, works well on iOS. As an improvement I would suggest maybe the ability to start the drying/washing cycle via the app completely remote, without the need of pressing the start button on the device. And I would remove the “clean filter” info and display it only if the filter is clogged, that only if the device is capable of doing so.
Total disaster app when used for The Frame TV
Atredeys
i am only using this app for my new TV The Frame. This TV is mean to display artworks when in stand by. And it does a very good job. However, if you want to upload your own images as art you have to use this app. And here are the issues:1. It is mandatory to share your location with the app ALL THE TIME not only when using the app. Else will not search for a device on your netowrk. 2. After you share your location the app works but when you upload photos will keep on setting them up in different formats except the one you want. I managed to get ONE picture in the format i wanted it.3. It is very picky on the ratio of the image, but even if it has a crop option is not helping you cut it in a compatihble size, i have to use photoshop to cut it to the right size. Then uploaded and still will not set the format you want.4. The app stopped working on uploading personal photos completlly. The error i get is that the TV and the iPad are not on the same network and it can’t find the TV. However is finding it fine if you want to upload payed photos from their store.5. I unistall the application from the iPad and put it back. That feature is still not working. I install it on the iphone on the same network and for now it works. But i am sure will stop working in few days.Over all nice TV and concept. The application is horibble!!!
Made to be easy, ends up being a pain

This app is the worst smart experience i ever had.You spend a day to connect your devices and the next week nothing connects anymore.Absurd requirements like bluetooth and location pop up all the time, things that should not be needed when all your devices are on the same network. And let’s not talk about using the usage of location all the time in the background. This app has the same requirements as a navigation app, what for? Every menu, request, permission looks like a cheap appliance app. The worst thing is that nothing works for more than a couple of days without having to lose half a day debugging again. I will never buy a Samsung smart anything again, thank you but i like my electronica dumb rather than going through this nightmare app every week.
The most not smart "SmartThings" experience ever
inabk
Honestly, this app is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a so-called “smart” app. It logs me out every single time, and whenever I just want to use it as a simple remote, I have to skip through endless pop-ups, suggestions, and random stuff that keeps getting in the way.It feels so outdated and clunky, like something from 10 years ago. Samsung, you can definitely do better than this. It’s called SmartThings, but there’s nothing smart about having to reconnect, re-login, and fight through menus just to turn on my TV.And why does my TV go “offline” every time it’s turned off? That completely defeats the purpose. I only use this app because I lost my physical remote, but the second I buy a new one, I’m deleting this app forever.
