Bad UX/UI + Lack of key features
Bad UX/UI: Whoever managed the UX/UI should start checking other competitors apps. Lack of key features: No advance searching options besides company name or symbol. Hard to find or missing company key metrics. (P/B, P/S, P/E ratio, quarterly results) In app chat support almost inexistent, took 4h to get a reply back, need to wait for another 4h for a follow up. Potential invalid data displayed, P/E ratio displayed for a stock might be wrong. I am amazed to see a 4.7 out of 5 for this app. The competition on the Romanian market might be slim or fake reviews.
Good broker — bad design for app
I’ve been using Tradeville as the go-to broker for Romanian stocks and it’s been a good journey. The new app redesign, however, is very disappointing.
There are other broker apps with a much better design, experience, and general showing of information. To name a few: Yahoo Finance, IBKR, and more.
With the new app it’s so hard to clearly view simple things such as profit/loss percentage, unrealized profit or loss and other indicators.
Those tables are not worthy of 2023. I would do a complete redesign of the application in Figma and only start coding it when it’s been approved and compared with all the other best brokers apps and websites.
