Update [FIXED] - Much room for improvement

Update: they fixed basically everything


I echo what another has said here with regards to cash being selected by default, this is not okay.

Secondly, same issue.. if you need to cancel (due to a mistake) you have to hope you get someone on the phone... I once waited 20 mins for someone to answer and by then, the order had already been collected... so that was very frustrating. Build a chat feature and make it easy to contact you!

As for app improvements, get rid of that slow-loading splash screen, I don’t need to see a slow animation at launch... it’s annoying.

Other thing, your horizontal swipe only works correctly if you do it slowly, if you swipe quickly, it goes back to the original selection.

Hope this helps improve your service.

Also, a new “bug” is the random refreshes of the pages when you are scrolling through restaurants. It’s very annoying. It shouldn’t be difficult to create a reliable scrolling system.

Amazing service

Really nice and polite people working here compared with other delivery companies. Fast and what actually makes a difference is that they deliver everywhere not just from the restaurants near you from where you can go and take the order yourself (as foodpanda does).

Bad App, Bad Service, Use Glovo instead

The app itself is generally performing really bad with scrolling problems, freezing, restaurant list vanishes randomly, and an ugly UI too. It’s not very responsive. If you visit an app and go back to restaurants screen it often freezes and you can’t scroll for other restaurants. Also sometimes when you want to scroll down it just accesses whatever restaurant you touched instead.

The couriers are very bad as well, I have the same adress I have on 2 different apps and Tazz couriers always call to ask more details, or they are always confused about the adress, they do not want to come up the stairs and I often have to go down myself. This is such a common practice for them they often ring up ahead just to tell you they are arriving without saying anything else and expect you to say: Ok I will come and pick it up.
They are rude and I even had some couriers complain they did did not receive a tip as if that’s an obligatory tax regardless of quality of service provided.
Additionally the deliveries often looks like they played football with the package.

Overall it feels like it was coded by cheap indian freelancers and the staff is ignorant, uneducated and has a complete lack of care for customers and the food they deliver.
