Excellent and very legit

If you want to save money and want free delivery then this is the perfect app for you. I’ve like ordered 10 times since i have discovered this app and i love it. Very fast delivery or if not delivered on time. Products are as described. I’m very satisfied. I just hoped that they would also have varieties of options for smart phones and foods because i like gadgets and foods so much. Other than that it deserves 5 stars. Also can you also make it possible to deliver in Nepal?

Very bad customer support

They sent me a package to a safe pick up locker instead of the home address. The locker is at 2 hours drive from my home and they refused to change the courier (my complain was raised when the AWB was created and before the package was picked up by the courier). The solution they propose is for me to wait for the package to arrive and refuse the delivery and than wait for a return in order to get a refund - - so instead of giving me the refund now (based on the fact that it is not my fault that they provided a wrong address to the courier) I need to wait for more than 30 days for this. Customer support keeps saying that they are very sorry about this and somebody will look into this bit there is no real progress or support. I will file a complain for the platform to the Customer Support Agency.
