Bug

Since the new 714mb update today, every time i start a match with bits from the map and not a pvp, the game loads just fine but when the boss is defeated the game is stuck and the the screen goes black and back to the “Blizzard” logo, it’s like the game reboots for some reason.
I tried a pvp and there are no issues, it’s obly when battling the bots.

Nice game BUT…

It’s not normal to release a game with dungeon completion reward not working as many others have posted on your forums but you didn’t seem to care about as of yet even though I’ve read posts that are one month old.

The game has some performance issues on some devices, I got an iPhone 12 Pro Max and an iPad Pro with M1 but the menus are really stuttery like it runs at 30 fps or so while my gf’s iPhone 14 Pro Max runs it buttery smooth. Also some players are complaining about really high battery drainage, some claimed to be able to play only for an hour.

Also the fact that players who got beta access got to keep their account progression is mind blowing, everyone should have a fresh start even if they had beta access or not and get their bought currency back at the start of the game if they decided to buy something during the beta test.

Don’t get me wrong, the game is good but it needs some polish before it can be actually enjoyed like it should by everyone.

PvP crashing

It’s a shame that such a nice and enjoyable game can’t offer a pleasant experience of PvP. I don’t know about other players, but in my case 4 out of 5 matches of PvP I launch are not getting past the load screen and I end up getting kicked out of the game, as it crashes. After crashing, I have to try opening it for at least a couple of times before I can finally get back in.
Overall it’s a fun game, but it gets boring because of the PvP bug.
