Ratings and Reviews
Size of the product on the model
It’s a really good app, I enjoy it. But one thing that it might make the shopping even easier, is mentioning the size of the product that the model is wearing, cause I’ve noticed that their height is always written. Personally I think that would be really helpful also. Great and uncomplicated experience overall.
Awful experience
Why is the info/price always always overlapping the image. Please let your ux understand that online shopping is all about the picture and details of an item. Just spare us with the constant autopull of the info. It covers half of the image for no good reason. A buyer needs go see the product jnfo once and the picture of an item many time.
There is no instance in this app in which you can see all the pictures of an item, undisturbed so you can be able to get used to it and decide to buy it.
Extremely enjoyable
I didn’t get high on expectations cause I was used to shopping in stores like many others, cause there are so many shops everywhere, but actually it is one of the easiest online shopping apps to use and I love it. The models in pics are so gracious and fun and they put a smile on your face. Great job, zara!
