I love this app. So my disappointment as I can not use it anymore. IOS 13 update not available for my device and the app won’t open anymore requesting me to have the latest version installed. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app (older version) but nothing works. So I’ll just have to go back to using the website shop to keep the four-leg part of my family happy ...
I truly recommend
I buy from Zooplus since 2015 and I always have been satisfied with their products. And also my pets. The people with whom I interacted were always helpful and prompt.

Several errors
-The app is giving several errors regarding the item you have in the basket. Sometimes they dissapear from it.
- errors when calcutating the points earned as recompention
-errors when you try to add an item from recompension section
-after you check the basket or you check the details of an item and you go back, the list is starting from the top, it not remain to the item you just checked and you have to scroll all the list from the begining
