Can’t go past the intro screen

I downloaded the app and even started a free trial, and when I open the app I just get the opening purple screen with a girl sitting down, and no buttons, nothing happens. I erased it and downloaded again a few times, same thing. I updated my system to the latest version, nothing. I use iPhone SE. I don’t know if it has something to do with the phone being a bit older but I have the latest system update and every other app works just fine.
