Amazing service

Used it in Rio with luggage storage in a hostel near Maracana for few days while traveling across the country. Could grab the baggage back at midnight which is awesome.

The worst experience I could imagine

2 days ago I was in Rome for the whole afternoon. I hoped with this application I could leave my 7kg backpack fast and visit several interesting places. However, 4 points between Pantheon and Placa Torre-Agrentina were just not existing. I hoped that points have some detailed description but they don't have it. So I lost my time searching for the places and because of relying on this bad application I had to go with my heavy backpack.

Good Idea, Poor Execution

The concept is great, but the execution leaves much to be desired.
The app lacks a mechanism for hosts to confirm reservations, which put me in an awkward situation. I booked a host during non-working hours, and they were unresponsive, leaving me stranded with my luggage. Although I got a refund, I wasted a lot of time.

I suspected something was wrong with the host's working hours since it was closed at 9:30 AM (google maps) despite allowing reservations in application. Support assured me everything was fine and that the host was accepting orders, but they couldn't reach the host either.
Additionally, I paid extra for 24/7 support, but support ignored me in the chat for 20 minutes and were offline, even though I arrived at the scheduled luggage drop-off time.
