I chose this place in the app Nannybag and booked for two bags. It was written in the app that this place (shop) works all day (including in the evening). I paid 12 euro. When I come to this place, shop host said that she cant work in the evening today and she will be closed at 13:00, she refused refund money because she said it can do only Nannybag, she cant.I sent the message to Nannybag helpers, they ignored. I did it one more time, they said we will check it. I did it the third time, they ignored. It was 17 Aug. Now 23 Aug. Nannybag keeps silent, ignoring me. I haven’t got my money backThey just took my money and do nothing (refused take my bags for keeping them for one day). Scam

Tried to drop off bags, but could not use all my cards for paying. The service said that I can’t use them all because of their region (Russia). I think it’s ethic discrimination! Moreover I lost a lot of time trying to pay, then searching the spot and trying to pay by cash onsite (it is not possible!) and searching alternative service (I found it without such payment problems). So I am very disappointed. NOT thank you!
