Inconsistent (Paris)

Waiting times are 10+ minutes and the price is higher then Uber or Bolt for no reason. Most of the times drivers are not available. There is always a problem with payment method. I would recommend to order it only if you have a discount code.

scam (salzburg)

estimated costs are couple of euros less then in bolt, but when u arriving to destination u get charged ~10 euros more then estimated costs. As you can read later it’s bc “black cab” is arriving which using taxi meter instead of the app costs….. happens with me here twice.

Ужасно! И Нет альтернатив во многих странах!:(

Это просто ужасно, цена поездки неизвестна, водитель может увеличивать итак довольно дорогую поездку по усмотрению, чтобы вообще такси приехало в срок надо с бубном поплясать. Даже когда заранее резервируешь такси за 15 минут пишет хоп и Водитель отменил заказ и типа крутись как хочешь.
