Defentry ID safety - monitors your personal, financial and account information. Defentry is looking for the use of your personal information to, with proprietary technology, warn you in case of threats of ID fraud, ID theft and breaches. If your personal information, such as your SSN, mail address or name, is used or altered, we will alert you. If your financial information, your credit cards for example, are sold on the black market online, we will alert you. If your account information, such as email addresses and passwords are leaked, we will alert you. If you need help to resolve any issues, or if you're ever subject to an ID theft or fraud, we will guide you to resolve it. Defentry and its application is developed out of long-term experience and knowledge within IT security and digital behavioral science. With thorough analysis and a highly developed technology, Defentry is able to deliver a state-of-the-art ID safety solution with qualitative data and real-time alerts. FEATURES - Personal ID Safety We are in the fast-growing digital security business and offer a dynamic monitoring of personal credentials to prevent ID frauds and thefts. Our system is based on our extensive database, which we are very proud of. Connected to our database are trusted data providers, allowing us to offer a full-coverage service. We alert you immediately in those cases, allowing you to quickly annul any fraudulent purchases or actions in your name. - Current security news We update and inform you about the latest breaches, leaks or threats. - Blocking service Our service allows you to block your Social Security Number. - Web Dashboard User-friendly interface with two-factor authentication login through BankID. - Personal support Call or email customer service, available weekdays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. THAT IS HOW IT WORKS 1. ID monitoring starts immediately upon your registration. A welcome letter with an activation link is sent to your registered email address. Once you have activated your account, you can add all information you want monitored, for example: - Personal Information (SSN, marital status, etc) - Email addresses - Credit cards - Bank accounts 2. Our algorithms analyzes government and credit data, as well as thousands of data leaks and hidden sites, and marks potential threats. Using machine learning, security experts and data analysts, the threats are classified and given a severity score. 3. Alert with recommendations and help to recover. If we find any of your monitored information changed or available at places where it shouldn’t be, our automatic alert system notifies you immediately and coaches you to resolve the issue and reset the alert.
