LEARN BY PLACING Selecting a component opens its full Engineering Card: what it is, its purpose, where it is used, its inputs, installation considerations, dependencies, connected systems, common mistakes, and inspection points. Placing certain components triggers a live, contextual engineering calculation with a clear PASS or FAIL result: Footing bearing capacity check Beam span and load check Dwelling electrical service load calculation Branch circuit load check Duct sizing and airflow check Plumbing fixture-unit and pipe sizing Envelope R-value check Solar array output and inverter sizing GUIDED TUTORIAL A full 14-step guided tutorial walks you through an entire build in real construction sequence - Project Setup, Site, Excavation, Foundations, Structural Frame, Building Envelope, Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire and Life Safety, Communications, Finishes, and Testing / Completion. Each step places the right components automatically and shows you the engineering check as it happens. Try to build out of order and the app blocks the move with a plain-language explanation of the real dependency you are missing. FREE BUILD MODE Open every discipline at once and build however you want. A live rules engine keeps watching your work in the background and flags issues as you go - an unsupported beam, a fixture with no sanitary connection, a circuit that never reaches the panel, an incomplete thermal envelope. Overlapping systems from different disciplines raise a Coordination Conflict panel with Reroute, Resize, Review, or Undo options. SEE THE WHOLE SEQUENCE A Construction Sequence view lists every placed component in real build order. A Construction Timeline slider lets you scrub from Site through Foundation, Frame, Rough-In, Enclosure, Finish, and Complete, revealing and hiding systems exactly as they would appear on a real job site at each stage.
